IMD Optimad manages the PPR service on behalf of the Outdoor Advertising Association (OAA). PPR enables UK media buying specialists to view latest and consolidated campaign posting information, uploaded directly by out-of-home media owners.
Market volume and expenditure data: we are also responsible for collating booking data from buying specialists and media owners and formatting it for industry analysis.
The OAA appointed us in 2004 to cleanse this information before it is included in the detailed monthly outputs of leading media monitoring companies (Nielsen Media Research, Ebiquity and Xtreme Information).
